Stamps must be in an integer.Let's say, he has x stamps of other countries So, he has 3x Stamps of Bangladesh So it has to be, x+3x=54 [In total]But if we solve the equation, we can see that x=27/2, which is a fraction [not an integer]So 54 cannot be the number of stamps. (ans)
