Simuka was the founder of the
Satavahana Dynasty. He is mentioned as the first
king in a list of Roy in a Satavahana inscription
at Nanaghat. He lieved to have destroyed the
Shunga Power in eccan with the aid of the
Rathikas and Bhojaka He reigned for around 23
years and was beheade by his brother Kanha,
who succeeded him.
