The law that the British
Parliament enacts, cannot be brought to the
Judiciary for its review unlike the Indian
Parliament, wherein the legislation that it passes,
undergoes a judicial review. Any such
legislation, as passed in the Indian Parliament
can also be struck down in case the courts
declare it to be violating the basic structure of
the Indian Constitution.
